We had a great time playing basketball and ping pong on saturday evening. While we had dinner together, one of the Crown College Quartet shared a devotion about putting God first in your life. On Saturday evening and Sunday morning the Crown College Quartet sang in each service. We had a great time with great people and friends!
Junior Camp at Venture of Faith in Valdosta, GA ~ July 12-16, 2010
Fourteen of our junior aged children were able to go to camp and compete in sports, music and memorization challenges. We had a few of our campers win in competition, Christine Ihde won the instrumental competition with her flute and Anna Charleston won the Scripture Memorization competition. Also our girls won the volleyball competition. The boys were happy to just be at the pool and enjoy swimming. Many decisions were made at camp, a few for assurance of salvation and one for surrendering to be a preacher. Thank you for your prayers. The Lord truly blessed their week at camp!

Ladies Tea ~ May 8, 2010
Our Annual Mother and Daughter activity this year was a "Tea Party." We had a wonderful time with songs, special music, a skit, contests and testimonies from ladies in our church. The testimonies were encouraging and so special. There were 128 ladies in attendance! What a blessing! We also had a potluck brunch where every lady brought a sidedish to share. It was such fun! We can't wait to have another activity like this!
Teen Sunday
We just had a fantastic service with our teens leading the service. We are so proud of all the work put into the practices. They led the singing, sang in the choir, took up the offering, and prayed for the service.
Markus Secrist preached a great convicting message. We look forward to the next time we get to have another teen service.
