Richard & Cherlene Head

Originally from Edenton North Carolina Richard and Charlene are Independent Baptist Missionaries. For 18 years they substituted for 18 American and Brazilian missionary families while they visited their supporting churches and gave ministry updates while in the USA. Each family was gone for approximately one year and the Heads handled their ministries, and other related business.

It was a real joy to get to know the church folk and participate in their ministries of other Missionaries. In 1999 the Heads went back to Brazil to continue to reach people with the Gospel. Dedicated to winning people, old and young, to a saving knowledge of Christ, wherever and whenever. They are focused presently on a small community just outside of a capital city in Brazil. Many illiterate folks, but they are so humble and hospitable that it is a pleasure to serve them.
